"By an Imperial Order decreed (i.e. by Emperor Duan Zhixing) in the 1st Year of Li Zhen Reign of Ren Chen 29th Cyclical Year (i.e. corresponding to AD 1172), it was commanded that High Imperial Officer Gao Yu Cheng Guang restore or repair Chong Sheng Si Temple in the imperial capital and there to be cast a statue of the World-Revered Buddha to give or present to this High Imperial Officer"
